1. We DREAM together.

At Caroline Custom Homes, we begin fleshing out what your family wants and needs from a home. Before we build your custom home, we’ll ask a range of questions about your life, including hobbies, daily schedules, design style, timeframe, pricing, and family size. This information will lay the foundation for how we'll design your custom home on paper. Nobody builds a Raleigh custom home better than Caroline Custom Homes.
2. We PRODUCE a digital blueprint.

Following the initial consultation, our custom home building design team goes to work. We make sure all of the specifications and artistic features you discussed in your consultation are transferred onto a digital blueprint in order to perfectly build your custom home.
3. We CONSTRUCT a 3D virtual model of your home.
​
Using 3D rendering technology, you can actually “walk through” your custom home before construction even begins. This helps you and us ensure every minute detail, from the windows to your kitchen sink, is met to your liking. Caroline Custom Homes is serious about quality and craftsmanship.
